Fall Placement Meeting and BOD Elections

Please join us for the 2018 Fall placement meeting and Board of Directors election on 8/9/18. We would appreciate a club representative present from as many of our participating clubs as possible.  There will also be pizza and refreshments served.  We have two members of the BOD up for election.  Please find their candidacy statements below

Phil Herold- I currently serve on the board of directors of several soccer organizations that operate under the umbrella of WYS, serving as an officer and corporate secretary. My focus is on non-profit governance. I would be glad to continue in that role as a director of the NPSL. My focus is on providing guidance in buttoning down the legalities, financial oversight and other issues that arise outside the touchlines-- matters that can derail a soccer organization if overlooked. I leave the job of running the day to day operations in the hands of the people who have made the NPSL the No Problem Soccer League.

Kyle Rodeheaver-  As a product of the Dallas, Texas soccer community, Kyle came to Seattle in 2007 after four years as an Assistant Coach of the men’s soccer program at Concordia University - Austin. Combined with an extensive playing career at the youth and collegiate levels, Kyle also spent time as a youth playing in Italy. He brings an expansive and insightful view of league operations across Washington State, particularly with regard to player pathways and player/coach development.

Kyle serves as the Regional Director of Coaching for Seattle United while also working for Washington Youth Soccer as the RCL and State Cup Scheduler. He has coached at all levels of youth soccer including in the US Soccer Development Academy. Kyle has been involved with the NPSL for the past 4 years as an active member of the Operations Committee.
